This is a series of turntable compositions I made using mostly Folkaways records as my source material. I would prepare each record by scratching out a groove with an exacto knife or placing a sticker on the grooves to intentionally lock them. Then using a mixer and three turntables I would mix the records together. These were made between the years 1997 and 2007 and use folk records and hand made loops as a way to knit sounds together.
